Shrimp Sarciado

In a traditional Filipino household, sarciado is made of fried fish with sauteed garlic and tomato sauce (often times a quail egg will be added to it).

In early summer, I made the basic sarciado sauce with Hungarian paprika and jalapeño peppers for an added sweet & spicy flavours.
